Impressive presentation of the book for a new flight with the wind "
On 25 February the club players of the culture of students of class IVb Primary School Karavelov class leader Penka Kalina - Koleva presented his book For a new flight with the wind. It is dedicated to the rich long history of school children and touched compassion which finds expression in a hardworking and environmentally sound idea - the adoption of a sick animal.
Delivery of the idea began four years ago when the then first graders become of one, and later - the family of the rarest birds - Imperial eagles that call and Kalin Kalina. Thus, children appear to be the first goodwill ambassadors of the Sliven region and the region in a global campaign. Over the years they show charity and to their classmates, provide means of collecting and transmitting chestnut, draw, write literary works for their feathered friends, participate in team research, learn a lot about endangered animal species protected in the global Red List. All this - with the wholehearted support of parents and hand in hand with partners from non-governmental federation of environmental groups Green Balkans - Stara Zagora.
For overall environmentally friendly, sympathetic and noble education, whose practical effect has one main goal - humanity, children, parents and school receive acknowledgments and certificates. And in all the works in the book For a new flight with the wind translucent most cherished dream of their authors - to place rescued eagles in their natural environment, where they expected the race, and sky expanse with gusts.
During the event, which was kind of school and holiday, numerous audience nearly two hours enjoying the original literary - musical and multimedia presentation of the book in which the main actors were IVb class, vocal group ;Cricket and alumni of the school . Among the official guests of the events attended were: Ivan Slavov - Rio chief town of Sliven, Dr. Christina Klisurov representative of NGO "Green Balkans " Galia Zechariah - deputy. Mayor of Nova Zagora, Faith Novakova - Chairman of the Committee on Education in the Municipal Council and others.
